Refund policy

You can build and preview your invite for free, so you know exactly what you are paying for. If you change your mind after paying, we refund you in full as long as your invites have not gone out yet.

Package payments

• Before any invite is sent: full refund. This applies as long as no invite has been sent to a guest by text message from the platform and no guest has opened their invite link.
• After invites have gone out: no refund. By then the service has been used for your wedding.
• Upgrades: the amount you paid to upgrade is refunded on the same terms.

Text messages

Text messages that have already been sent are not refunded.

Pledge contributions

Money paid through a pledge pay link belongs to the couple's wedding. If a contributor paid the wrong amount or paid by mistake, they should speak to the committee. Our team can reverse an online payment at the committee's request, as long as it has not yet been paid out to the couple.

How to ask for a refund

Email love@grandinvitations.com with the couple's names and the payment reference. We send approved refunds back to the mobile money number or card you paid with. How long it takes to arrive depends on your mobile money provider or bank.
